Q: what is the deposit to hold a date & time?
A: There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking in order to hold your date and time. Once you book, a quote, contract and invoice will be sent over for you to make the deposit.
Q: do you require liability insurance?
A: We do require proof of liability insurance for a minimum of $1 million in coverage for all events held past 8pm.
Q: do you have additional rentals?
A: We have a variety of additional rentals available depending on your event. For photographers, we have additional lights, backdrops, equipment, etc. If there is anything we do not have, we recommend ProGear or Dodd Camera. For events, we have additional dishes, silverware, glasses, etc.
Q: refunds?
A: All events and bookings are transferrable and non-refundable. If rescheduling is needed, it must be done 7 days before your booked date.
